We specialise in the production of NPT and trapezoidal threads, ISO metric and fine ISO metric threads, gas, conical gas and cylindrical gas, threads American NPT, American UNC-UNF-UNEF and Whitworth BSW threads on brass components, in accordance with the main industry standards (ISO/UNI), for applications in the hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial sectors.
Our quality control includes systematic testing using certified measuring instruments (gauges, micrometers, thread rings) to ensure tight tolerances and total product reliability.
We perform precise drilling on brass fittings and valves, such as CW724N and CW617N, for small to medium diameters.
We cut round and hexagonal profiles or shaped bars in various brass alloys, obtaining pieces with dimensions optimised for subsequent transfer machining.
